What if I want furniture that I already own to be used in my design?
Please send us the dimensions and a description of your furniture and we will include it in the design

 

What if I don’t have a floor plan?
Most likely your floor plan is included in your rental or purchase agreement.

 

What if I only have a printed version of my floor plan and not a digital one?
You can scan it or take a picture of it with your smartphone or camera and send it to us

 

What if I don’t know the size of my home?
We don’t need the exact dimensions. However you can usually find it on your rental or purchase agreement.

 

What if my home has more than one storey?
All storeys should be included on the floor plan but please mention this in the comments box when making your order

 

What if my home has an unusually low or high ceiling?
Please mention this in the comment box. You can measure the exact dimensions using a tape measure.

 

What if I have low window-sills?
Please mention this in the comment box. You can measure the exact dimensions using a tape measure.

 

How much will it cost to build the design?
Price will vary according to geographical location. We will tell you the type of building work that you need to commission.

 

Once I have received the design , can I request changes?
Of course you can request changes. This will be priced according to the processing time of the changes and you will be notified before we start the work.

 

I have to give indications about the colors or materials?
If you prefer certain colors and/or materials to be used, include them in the notes when you fill out our form. Otherwise our designers will choose them for you.

 

Do I have to include room height(s) with my floor plan?
If there are rooms less than 2.3m high, or attic rooms with sloped ceilings, it is useful to specify the height in the notes when you fill out our form.

 

Can I send you photos of my apartment?
Of course. Once you have sent your request, you can e-mail up to five photos of your apartment.

 

Can I request changes while I wait for my design to arrive?
Following our email confirmation, you can only request changes after the successful delivery of the design. These will be priced according the processing time of the changes and you will be notified before we start the work.

 

I have some ideas for the renovation, but I don’t know if they can be realized …
Tell us all your ideas in the notes when you fill out our form. Our team will rework them and propose the best solution to implement them.
